Week of May 20th

Good Afternoon & Happy Monday!

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We are off to a tremendous start to our week and have so many exciting events/activities ahead as we are winding down our remaining days in Kindergarten.
Here is some information for the week ahead:

1) Kindergarten will be visiting the book fair on Tuesday & Wednesday this week. On our first day students will make a “wish list” of books/items they wish to purchase and this list will be sent home to you in homework folders. Please look them over and send in any money for the items you would like them to buy on Wednesday morning.

2) This Friday we will be attending the May Crowning at 10:30 am at church, it is a half day of school with noon dismissal and NO after care services. School is closed on Monday May 27th for Memorial Day.

3) Graduation invitations went home last week in folders for our Graduation on Monday June 10th at 10:00 am. Please RSVP to me via Dojo or email by this Friday with an approximate number of how many family members will be attending so we can prepare enough refreshments and seating for everyone. All family members, including siblings, are invited and encouraged to attend.

4) We only have two more spelling tests left in Kindergarten! Our new spelling words (the “ing” word family) are going home today, please send in homework by Thursday morning. Test will be Friday morning.

5) Our Field Trip to Waterloo Village is next Wednesday May 29th. A field trip reminder went home today with all the information.

6) Summer Camp Tuition Statements went home this week to families who have registered for camp. We still have space so registration is still open if anyone is still interested in joining us this summer. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
