Happy Monday!

A few reminders...

• Pizza Money - October Pizza Money ($9) is due October 2nd. The School Store will also be open this Friday!
• Library books are due back THIS THURSDAY.
• Popcorn Words!! We have begun introducing the class to the first set of Popcorn Words (sight words). They will be working on these words in class but we encourage them to practice these words each night at home. The words are taped to the front of their folder.  Each week a new list of words will be taped to the folder.

 Mrs. Tironi will be returning on Wednesday, October 2nd! It has been a pleasure having the opportunity to teach your children for the month of September! We are all very excited for the rest of the year ahead! Thank you for sharing your children with me!

Happy Monday!

This week in Kindergarten we will be working on lots of Apple Activities to prepare for Johnny Appleseed Day! Today, the class wrote their first journal entry all about the season of Fall!

Some Reminders!

• Pizza Friday! If you haven't already paid for September Pizza,  please send in $3 in an envelope with your child's name on it if they would like to order pizza this Friday. OCTOBER Pizza money is due October 2nd!

• Simply Gourmet! If your child is absent you can reach out to Simply Gourmet directly to cancel lunch for that day that they are absent.

• Little Gym forms went home last week! Please respond as soon as possible!

• School Store will be open again this Friday! Please make sure your child's money is in an envelope marked with their Name/Grade/School Store Money.

TAG Day Friday!

Hello Kindergarten Families!

Just a few reminders!

• This FRIDAY is TAG DAY! Our Theme is wear BLUE to blue out bullying! If you would like your child to participate in TAG Day and dress down, please send in $1 with your child on Friday.
• Hot Lunch/Simply Gourmet - Please speak with your child about their likes and dislikes in terms of their hot lunch. Simply Gourmet allows the parent to edit each item on the menu!
• Please make sure that the water bottle that comes to school with your child, is leak proof 😊

Homework!

• The Reado Charts and September Reading Calendars went home in folders today! We encourage your child to read with you each night!

The children are doing very well with their classroom routines, classwork and circle time activities!

Important Reminders!

Hello Kindergarten Parents! Here are some important reminders for this week!

• Pizza Money is due THIS WEDNESDAY! If your child would like to order Pizza for the month of September, please send in $9 in an envelope, with your child's name on it to school by Wednesday!
• Our annual Ice Cream Social is this Friday! Please see the Friday Folder on the School Website for details about this fun event for families!
• Our 8th Graders will have their "School Store" open THIS FRIDAY during our lunch period. Please send your child with money in an envelope with their name on it, if they would like to purchase from the store!
• Back To School Night is THIS THURSDAY at 7 PM. We will begin the meeting in the school Gym before visiting the classroom. This evening is for PARENTS ONLY. See you Thursday!
• Picture Day is THIS FRIDAY. Forms went home in backpacks TODAY! Please send your child into school on Friday with their picture form and money if you will be ordering.

HAPPY FRIDAY!!

September 5th - Thursday

Hello Kindergarten Parents!

We had a GREAT first few days here in Kindergarten! We can't wait for next week! This week we focused on routines, procedures and getting to know our classmates! Today we played the Name Game and the children really enjoyed it!
We will continue to work on building a classroom community, along with reinforcing kindness, sharing and fun-filled learning!

Important Announcements:

• Tomorrow, Friday, September 6th is a NOON DISMISSAL.  After care is available. We will attend the 11:00 mass over at St. Therese Church! Please feel free to join us for mass. 

• Children should be in full regular  uniform tomorrow!

• Please make sure to check your child's folder this evening. Information has gone home regarding our Fuddruckers Fundraiser! Hope to see many of you at Fuddruckers tomorrow after school!!

• Children are permitted to have a water bottle each day in class. Please make sure to send a water bottle in with your child each day.
