Week of June 3rd (Our last week of Kindergarten!)

Good Afternoon & Happy June!

There is a lot of information to share about our week ahead, so please bear with me.

1) I have been informed by a few families that there are still field day t-shirts that
went home with the wrong students on Friday and unfortunately were not returned
today. I am asking everyone to please CHECK the labels of the shirt you have at home
and send it in to school tomorrow if it does not have your child’s name on it. The ones we
are missing were labeled with names so you should be able to see if it belongs to your
child or not. We will double check all t-shirts on Wednesday morning when the children
wear them to school and will hopefully get them sorted out right away.

2) Tomorrow is a school-wide TAG day as a fundraiser for 8th grade, unfortunately I
was not made aware of this TAG day in advance and the theme is still the same as our
day today, Patriotic colors. Students may dress down in red, white, and blue again
tomorrow but they are asked to please bring the $1 donation to dress down.

3) Field Day is on Wednesday, as well as our class Water Day in the afternoon. A letter
will be sent home tomorrow with some important reminders of what students should
bring/wear to school on Wednesday. Please keep an eye out for this in their folders
tomorrow, I will post it to Dojo tomorrow afternoon as well just in case.

4) Our last group of spelling words and spelling homework went home today, we will take
our last test on Friday.

5) Here is our Graduation Sign-up link for donations for our reception, thank you so
much to all who have signed up thus far. Please drop off/send in any non-perishable
donations by this Friday and any perishable items on Monday morning from 7:30-9:30 am.

6) A full Kdg Graduation reminder will be sent home on Friday, but just to make you
all aware that Kindergarten students are asked to be dropped off to school on Monday
morning at 9:30 am in the learning center. Mrs. Nowel will be in the classroom to meet
with them so you may drop them off and then proceed to the gymnasium to find your
seats. Our ceremony begins at 10:00 am followed by a slideshow until approximately
10:45 am. We will have a light reception for everyone to enjoy from 10:45-11:45 am and
then students will go home with their families at the conclusion of our event. This is
their last day of school and they are officially done for the summer!

7) Kindergarten report cards will be mailed home to you by the end of next week.

Thank you for your time, please contact me should you have any further questions.
Love & Prayers,

Mrs. Tironi
