Good morning everyone!
I hope you had a nice weekend. I apologize for my delay, I
was out sick yesterday. I can’t believe we are already in
the month of April!
We have a busy and special month ahead, please
read the following info below:
1) TWO very important letters are coming home today
in homework folders. One is a field trip letter with info
for our trip coming up on Monday! The second is a
letter regarding our upcoming Easter Egg Hunt party.
Please review both carefully & reach out with any questions.
2) We kindly ask ALL families to please fill out the
following RSVP form no later than this Friday so we
can plan accordingly for dismissal that day.

3) Now that Spring has begun, so has our Spring Uniforms.
Here is a reminder of the uniforms for the remainder
of the year: (On chillier days you can your discretion if
needed)
Boys- gray shorts, short sleeve maroon shirt
Gym- shorts (gray or maroon) with STS gym shirts
(no tie dye shirts), sweatshirts
Girls- gray skorts, short sleeve maroon shirt
Gym- Shorts (gray or maroon), STS gym shirt
(no tie dye shirts) and sweatshirt
4) Reading folders went home yesterday with new weekly
AND monthly work. Please return March monthly work
(if you haven’t already) as students who completed the
work will receive a free prize coupon. 🙂
5) Before Spring Break approaches we will have finalized
our Kindergarten graduation date for June. As soon as I
have this date confirmed, I will send an updated dojo to
all families.
6) Lastly, we are having an ongoing issue with cleanliness
in the bathrooms and as a result have received several
complaints and notes from our custodians about the
conditions our students are leaving them on a daily basis.
Mr. Dunnigan has been speaking with the entire school and
also spoke to our class separately today to remind them all
about bathroom hygiene, being respectful by leaving it
clean, aiming appropriately, flushing & washing hands. While
we do not think this is happening deliberately, we have
spoken and reminded them daily and it still is occurring.
Therefore we greatly appreciate your support by speaking
to your children about this at home to remind them about this as well so we can all work together to rectify this
issue.
