Week of October 19th

 Good Afternoon & Happy Monday!

I hope everyone enjoyed the beautiful weekend. We have a super exciting and very fun week ahead for us in Kindergarten! Here is some important info for the week ahead.

1) Reading folders are going home today with this week’s practice sheets and our 5 new sight words. Please return the reading folders and work on Friday morning. We keep folders here over weekend so I can fill them with new materials to send home on Mondays.

2) This Wednesday is our very special day on the farm, I know we are all so excited and it is going to be an awesome day. Please note that we will not be meeting at school as usual, instead we will be meeting directly at Tranquility Farms by 9:30 am. Please ensure students and family members attending bring a mask with them and students wear their gym uniform. We will meet together in front of the farmers market before we begin our day. Cost is $9 per person and can be paid at the farm.

3) This Friday is our next school-wide TAG day and the theme is Halloween theme & COLORS (black & orange- not costumes). Students may dress down in Halloween themed attire on Friday and please send in the $1 donation in a labeled envelope on Friday for our 8th grade class as our “TAG” to dress down.

4) This Friday is also pizza lunch, if you wish to order pizza on Friday please send in the $3 in a labeled envelope that morning.
