Week of October 26th

Good Afternoon & Happy Monday!
I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We are off to another excellent

week in Kindergarten. We have lots of fun and excitement ahead of us! Here is some information for the week ahead:

1) Reading Folders are going home today with this week’s checklist and sight

word practice. Please send them back Friday morning. A friendly reminder

that students do not have to do every activity each day, but we prefer they

do at least 2-3 for the week. A simple quick review of their sight words is

perfect too, you can turn it into fun games as well. :)

2) This Friday we will be celebrating Halloween in our classroom! Students

may come to school dressed in their costumes, please remember it is school

policy that students cannot bring weapons. If your child’s costume has any

extra pieces, please make sure they are labeled. We will be sharing lots of

pictures of all the festive fun!

3) This Friday is pizza Friday, if you are interested in ordering please be

sure to send your $3 in a labeled baggie or envelope that morning. Friday

evening is the Trunk or Treat at 6:30 pm.
