Week of March 22nd

Good Afternoon & HAPPY SPRING! :)

We are all very excited that Spring has finally arrived and with beautiful

days ahead. It is so hard to believe that we only have a week & half left

until Spring Break!

Here is some important information for the week ahead:

1) Thank you so much for all families who have already sent in their Easter

Egg filler donation items. We are still missing quite a few, if you could

please send them in with your children no later than this Friday, we would

greatly appreciate it. These donations help to ensure we have plenty of

eggs for all the children to find during their hunt. This will allow time for

our helper moms to fill up all the eggs for us this weekend, on time for the

big Egg Hunt next week! :)

2) As mentioned in my update last week, Mr. Dunnigan has approved for us

to invite immediate family only to our Easter Egg Hunt that will take place

outside our building next Wednesday, March 31st at 1:45 pm. Students are

asked to bring their own Easter basket that day so they can use them

during the hunt. We will dismiss directly from our egg hunt celebration!

3) We will be having an in-class Easter celebration during the day on

Wednesday, March 31st with Mrs. Nowel & myself. Please see the Sign Up

Genius that went home last week if you are interested in donating any items

to help us make this a fun, engaging event for these wonderful students.

Thank you again for all your support!

4) Now that the weather has been warming up, we are now permitted to

have mystery readers outside on our lawn. If you would like to be a mystery

reader any time between now and the end of Kindergarten, please let me

know and we can happily schedule you in!

5) A reminder that next Thursday, April 1st is a half day with NO after

care. School is closed from Friday, April 2nd and will reopen on Monday,

April 12th.

Good Afternoon Wonderful K Families,

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I cannot believe that it is already March,

March is SO full of many exciting events and activities for our class that we

cannot wait to do together. This week we are celebrating Read Across America

help us by please donating one new package of Easter egg filler toys

labeled “egg fillers” no later than Friday, March 19th so I can pass them along

to the three moms who will graciously be helping us fill them.

fill them! :)
