Week of January 4th

Hello & Happy New Year!

I hope everyone had a wonderful winter break. It is so great to be back in school with the children again, I missed them all so much. I am very excited for this new year ahead.

We are going to be having our Christmas celebrations this week. Yesterday we sent home the parent gifts the children made you, along with the gifts from Mrs. Nowel & I. On Wednesday it is our “Who-Ville” Dress Down Day, students may come to school tomorrow dressed in Christmas-y, themed attire similar to the characters from the Grinch! We will be doing a celebration that  afternoon and students will take home their goody bags, thank you all again for those donations. :)

This Friday is pizza lunch and school store, please send in $ in a labeled baggie/envelope on Friday morning if you’d like to order. Exact change is appreciated when possible, and please label in advance what school store snack your child would like as this makes it easier for Mrs. Nowel to purchase them.

Kindergarten conferences are coming up at the end of this month. They will be held virtually on Wednesday, January 27th and Thursday, January 28th. I will be sending out a Sign Up Genius this week for you to select a time slot that works best for you on either of those two days. I look forward to meeting with you all to discuss your wonderful children! I can’t believe we are halfway through Kindergarten already. :(
